On Thursday June 12th, PE Teacher and Woodham Warriors Head Coach Jon Tait is putting on an introductory teachers day in American Flag Football.

The day is designed to give teachers the necessary skills and knowledge to be able to introduce American Flag Football in their respective schools.

The day has been set up via the Durham University PGCE Physical Education course and Jon at Woodham Community Technology College to enable trainee teachers to teach PE and invasion games through a different medium, but any interested teachers from both primary and secondary schools (whatever their experience) are welcome to attend.

The day will run from 9am until 3pm and is free of charge. Any interested teachers should contact Jon at Woodham Community Technology College on 01325 300328 to reserve their place.
